·         This present scheme is applicable to all current members and new joining members till date 31/08/2009and opting for any of the packages introduced by the OMKAR FINFRA. http://omfinfra.tripod.com

·         Only those members who fulfill requisite formalities and make necessary payments as per the package will be entitled for the benefit under the applied scheme.

·         The members will be intimated tips ( guidelines) of equity share / script with target price and stop limit via SMS on registered telephone number and Yahoo Messenger only.

·         The liability of OMKAR FINFRA http://omfinfra.tripod.com will cease immediately after the first target price of the tip script / share equity is achieved in intraday after sending of massage from the OMKAR FINFRA.

·         OMKAR FINFRA  http://omfinfra.tripod.com will not be liable for any claim arising out of technical fault / miscommunication / network / problems / telecommunication failure etc.

·         OMKAR FINFRA  http://omfinfra.tripod.com will not be liable for any claim arising out of inaction on the part of member.

·         Member will be entitled for the facilities provided under the opted scheme till subscribed period only.

·         OMKAR FINFRA http://omfinfra.tripod.com  reserve its right to change or alter any of the condition subscribed hereinabove without any prior notice or intimation to the members.

·         Any claim or dispute arising out of this scheme are subjected to the jurisdiction of court situated at Ahmedabad only.
